Cloud 9 Air Charters has been in operation for two years, based at Cape Town International Airport. We have a base of operations in Plettenburg Bay, as well as at Lanseria Airport in Johannesburg. Our offices are located in Hangar 1 at the General Aviation Sector at Cape Town International, where we have an upmarket private departures lounge for the exclusive use of our passengers. The Company is duly licensed with the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) as a Non-Scheduled Air Carrier in terms of current aviation legislation.

The Crew. All four members of the management team are pilots, with a passion for flying, yet equipped with the business skills required to successfully and professionally manage the operation. With their combined aviation backgrounds the team fully understands the dynamics within the aviation industry, and are able to satisfy the customer
with the highest levels of service.
The pilots utilized by Cloud 9 have extensive experience in bush flying in Africa, and are all Instrument Rated Commercial Pilots. We are highly safety oriented, and all crew are subjected to regular flight checks and attend monthly safety briefings, thereby ensuring the highest standards of safety for our passengers.
Our Chief Pilot is an Airline pilot for a national Carrier in South Africa, our Flight Operations Manager has been flying for 18 years, and our CEO occupies her spare time with aerobatic and chopper training.
