The Villa comfortably accommodates 12 people, offering 6 double bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms / showers. All bedrooms are furnished in neutral tones with crisp white linen. Two of the rooms are spacious suites with their own living areas. All bedrooms open out to patios or balconies with spectacular views. The bedrooms are on 4 different levels, thereby offering complete privacy to families, companies or film crews wishing to share the house.

There are two spacious living areas, one with stunning sea views and opening onto a large balcony with a jacuzzi where one can sip champagne watching the sun set over the Atlantic horizon. The second adjoining living area has a fireplace and leads onto the dining room and a state-of-the-art stainless steel, maple and marble kitchen. The house has beautifully sealed raw stone marble finished floors, and the interior boasts luxurious leather upholstery, finest quality Persian, Turkish and Silk Persian carpets and exquisite artworks. There are indoor and outdoor fountains to soothe the soul and in the heat of summer, the Villa is perfectly cool. A European-styled wine cellar is stocked with the best of South Africa’s wines.

With 3 levels of balconies and a pool and barbeque area, the outdoor area is ideal for entertainment, meetings and total privacy for sunbathing. A gym with a comprehensive range of upmarket gym equipment awaits the fit and healthy. Different levels in the house are reached by an indoor funicular which leads from the garage. There is secure garaging for 3 cars as well as 5 outdoor parking bays ideally suited for multi-families or companies when several cars are in use.

The voluminous living area is accessed from the spacious main entrance which has a tinkling Venetian Fountain and a frescoed stairwell. Leading into a superbly spacious and light living area with dining room which seats 18 people comfortably. The sliding doors open onto a huge balcony with a bar. Stocked with South Africa’s finest wines, a grotto-design wine cellar leads off the dining room. Villa Vereguth is an entertainers dream.

The interior design is classically minimalist using natural elements such as stone, leather and steel. Turkish, Persian and Silk carpets and oil paintings by well known South African artists complement the ambience. The flow and spaciousness of the entertainment area could easily accommodate a wedding or a corporate function for 100 people.

An unusual feature of Villa Vereguth is a full size movie theatre with surrounding sound. This room opens onto a garden with a fountain. The house also has television sets in 7 rooms including the gym. The study has ISDN Internet connection.

Villa Vereguth is ideal for 6 people offering 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms and there is a self-contained room at the back of the house for extra guests. The main bedroom has a fire-place as well as air-conditioning and all rooms are furnished in a cool, minimalist way using neutral tones. There are television sets in all bedrooms. The bedrooms all flow onto a big balcony with exquisite sea views (view photo) and are on a separate level to the living area.

Under the supervision of our service manager, a domestic cleaning service is provided. Fresh linen and towels are supplied. There is Television including Channel TV in the living area as well as most bedrooms, high-tech sound equipment and a telephone line for Internet access. Security is a prime consideration with alarm systems as well as armed response services. Lock-up rooms provide excellent secure storage for Film Company equipment.
